One day, out of the blue, Deb Ward’s boss mentioned that she thought Deb was “quirky”. She then decided, not only to take this as a huge compliment, but also use this comment as inspiration to pursue an illustrious career in stick figure drawing. She has spent five years at university, none of which have prepared her for this task. Deb lives in Melbourne with her family and dreams of one day being able to climb the Arts Centre spire.
Her new book of quirky thoughts on life, love, goodness and other random things is now available.
